Derwent Valley Youth Future Action TeamThe Graffiti Management Strategy Sub-Committee of D’FAT was formed in 2007 to review and develop a graffiti management strategy for the Derwent Valley Council. This Sub-Committee involved users of the legal graffiti wall located in Ellis Dean Reserve, New Norfolk.
The proposed graffiti management strategy was adopted by Derwent Valley Council in 2008.
